The Wine Case Gingerbread House

Fashioned inside of an old wooden wine case and all decorated for the Holidays, this house features pretzel log beams and stair rails, and furnishings made of gingerbread and candy.  A built-in, lighted candy aquarium nestles between the roaring fire and the bookshelves.  A working ceiling fan keeps things cool for folks on the sofa, or dining at table under the tiffany-style lamp behind the stairs.  Upstairs, Mom & Dad's room sports a pot-bellied stove, and a lovely gingerbread rocker and sleigh bed.

Across the hall, Junior's toy box is overflowing, and he just won't turn off that darned computer, but at least his bunk beds are made!  He's downstairs right now, contemplating all those gifts ...
